About
Jesus Today is a podcast hosted by Free Church of Scotland ministers Thomas Davis and Andy Longwe. Its aim is to help equip you and assist you in your walk through Christian life. We aspire to be relatable, helpful, and encouraging in every single episode, with Jesus at the centre of everything we do.
Andy Longwe was born in Malawi and raised in Scotland. He trained for ministry in Edinburgh from 2011-2014 before serving as a pastor of Cumbernauld Free Church near Glasgow from 2015-2021. Since January 2021 he has been pastor of London City Presbyterian Church in the centre of the UK's capital city. He is married to Marina and has two beautiful young children, Theo and Ellie.
Thomas Davis grew up on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland where he worked as an engineer before training for ministry in Edinburgh from 2011-2014, where he and Andy were classmates. From 2014-2018 Thomas pastored the Free Church congregation in Carloway on the Isle of Lewis before spending three years as assistant minister at St Columba's Free Church in Edinburgh. In 2021 he returned to Carloway for a second spell of ministry where he lives with his wife Una and three teenage children, Tom, John and Annie.
